The main activities of MicroStep - HDO s.r.o. are a design, development, manufacturing, installation and service of products and software of industrial automation, measuring and regulation, management information systems in the area of industry and power engineering.

Quality and environmental policy based on understanding the links between the performance requirements of our customers and the impact of the activities carried out on the environment. The development of our company is planned and implemented in order to minimize the adverse impacts of our activities on the environment.

We are committed to ensure the necessary resources for the quality management system and environmental management system in the interest of continual improvement of business processes in order to further the development of company and increase our customers satisfaction while improving the efficiency of management system. Customer satisfaction can be achieved only by the quality of our processes and continuous improvement. Possible negative environmental impacts are and will be minimized in accordance with applicable law, the requirements of government authorities and interested parties.

Reliability in meeting contractual obligations and partnership with customers and suppliers are the basis of our current and future market success. Together with our suppliers we create mutually beneficial relations based on mutual trust, fairness, high product quality and environmental care.

Activities are carried out by competent, skilled and professionally qualified staff. We are committed to increase environmental awareness and skills of employees and ensure their continuous professional development.

The basic tool of management enabling to meet those commitments is an integrated system of quality management and environment built in accordance with the requirements of standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.
